These delicious chicken cheese rolls are an all time favourite snack, so i make them in bulk and store in the freezer for that choti choti bhook. These are a must duing Ramadan Iftar’s so my freezer is all stocked up with these yummy rolls.

Ingredients

  • Spring roll sheets
  • Boneless Chicken - 500gms
  • Onions finely chopped - 2 cups
  • Spring onions finely chopped - 1 cup
  • Coriander finely chopped - quarter cup
  • Mint leaves finely chopped - quarter cup
  • Shredded mozerella cheese - half cup
  • Shredded cheddar cheese - half cup
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder - 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes - 1 tsp (optional)
  • Chicken stock cubes - 2
  • Turmeric pwdr - half tsp
  • Cumin pwdr - 1 tsp
  • Coriander pwdr - 2 tsp
  • Tandoori pwdr - 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala - Half tsp
  • Chat masala - 1 tbsp
  • Salt

Method

  1. Boil chicken with salt, ginger garlic paste, chicken stock cubes and all the powders and cook this until its completely done and its dry.
  2. Shredd the chicken.
  3. In a mixing bowl add the shredded chicken and add rest of the ingredients and give it a good mix.
  4. Place the chicken filling in the spring roll sheet and roll it as per the packet instuctions.
  5. After rolling them all, we can place them in freezer bags and store them in the freezer for upto a month.
  6. Deep fry them in hot oil and relish them.
